Dr. Dana Peroni graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. She worked in equine practice for several years in Michigan and also did research on upper airway disease in horses for a year at Michigan State. She and her husband, Dr. John Peroni, moved to Athens in 2000 when he was hired as a Large Animal surgeon at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
